> Our Return Policy

We are confident your Bodytreats products will live up to expectations.
However, every now and then problems can arise.
Please choose your Bodytreats products carefully as we do not refund under any circumstances.
We will, however, replace damaged or faulty products.

We must be notified as soon as possible or within a maximum of 5 working days of receiving the purchase that the goods need to be returned.

We will replace goods if the wrong product/color/fragrance has been inadvertently sent out. However the original purchase must be returned to us in the same condition as originally dispatched.
If we are satisfied that an error has occurred on our behalf we will immediately replace the item and freight cost.

We will replace items that have been damaged in transit but a photograph must accompany the return so we can take up the issue with our freight forwarder.
If any product is to be returned it must be returned to the point of purchase.
